this tea has never set foot jn yorkshire. for the proper stuff, you're looking for the 80-pack.

Bought a box the last time it was on sale. Pretty decent tea. Not as good as Twinings English or Irish breakfast, but those are 2-3x more expensive.

(disclaimer, i haven't done due diligence checking where it's actually made, for which market etc - taylors of harrogate are getting more and more exasperating with this, often combining several sizes in the same listings that are different blends.)

My son brought this exact tea back from the UK this summer. He had spent an extended amount of time there and said it was the tea that he saw used by the locals on a daily basis.
In fact, this was what he witnessed used like we use coffee first in the morning...milk and all.

I never got into the milk part but I really do like this tea.

I know this isn't the "right" answer but I love the cheap Tetley British Blend (purple box) teabags if I'm not in the mood to make loose leaf.

This is the tea bag with the tag, for some reason I don't think it's as good as the kind without the tag 🤷 ♀️

How different is this from your typical Lipton black tea? Are there any specific aromas to it?

do some research, i love
this tea but i think the stuff on amazon has less tea leaf per tea bag than the normal stuff because it is specifically made for us market or something like that… so the taste is not the same ….thats why i buy this stuff from other places…

I just bought these myself at a US grocery store, and I wonder if they also have US vs UK version issue? Firstly the bags are small so 8oz of water is too much. Secondly it's just rather bland. I don't dislike it for there's nothing to particularly like or dislike. I will be using it up for iced tea.
