Yeah, the real reason they are clearing them out is that they are Royal Warrant for the Prince of Wales, who is now King Charles. So, products with his warrant need new packaging. This tea brand has his warrant on the box and on EVERY tea bag. So, if you want a good deal on tea, look to this brand for a bit. Boxes of all varieties are in a lot of Home Goods stores in SoCal for $2.99 (for only 20 bags).
FWIW, it is pretty good tea and I can vouch for the English Breakfast, Chamomile and Irish Breakfast varieties. The box looks posh for gifting. AND the bags are strong, 2-3 make a a pot or 2-2 mugs for 1 bag.

If you like English stuff, this will be a good time to pick up items on sale as the Warrants are changed on all packages of everything from jam to cookies and even some clothing items.

The more you know.

Beware that these 100 packs are 2.2 grams per bag. Other sizes (40, 160, 240) are more expensive, but are 3.1 grams per bag.

FWIW, the new King is a champion of environmental causes so it is not unusual to see this cert for a product with his Warrant.

This is not the kind of warrant/door buster that I'm used to in the US.

This is awesome! I've been drinking Barry's, so I am excited to try this at less than Barry's price. In for a Red and a Gold.
