Mailed in my severely cracked note9 during the previous $50 offer. They replaced front screen, back glass, front camera and some sensors that were damaged. As good as new at no extra charge.... to and fro shipping included.

So I scheduled a repair through the site at ubreakifix. It didn't give me the option to specify which S21 I had. On my confirmation, it says S21 Ultra (I've got the Plus). Will this be a problem?

Have an appt scheduled with BB today. My S21U has cracked back glass and sone scratches on front. Gonna ask about what exactly will be repaired. Hopefully everything. If not, I'll try uBreakIfix.

You may want to call in advance to make sure the service center listed can do the repair. I contacted Samsung chat a few months ago for a Flip 3 screen repair and the 2 closest centers "listed" were best buy and UbreakIfix. They told me that Best Buy couldn't do that repair. They made me an appointment with the UbreakIfix closest to me and when I went there they told me samsung shouldn't have sent me there because they couldn't do the repair either. Lack of tools and parts-which I found odd.

Note sure if it's only the ubreakifix store near me or not. But they asked for my password when I dropped off the phone. I laughed at the guy and told him there was no way I would give him that. He told me that he couldn't repair it without it. I told him when he is done fixing the screen bring it out to me and I'll enter the password and watch him do his thing. He said they couldn't do that and I walked out the door. Granted I could have done a factory reset to my phone and restored it after but I just didn't want to go through that.

there is an app call battery cycle which I installed it before glass replacement. I had it set as 400+ before and it was reset to zero after repair.
