Just some notes on this:

- I own the Gen 1 pencil- it's awkward to charge as you either have to plug it in with an adapter that's easily lost, or you plug it into your iPad and it sticks out the bottom.
- The battery life isn't that great
- If you're thinking "I'm not sure I would use this" you definitely won't.

Unless you absolutely need a Pencil right now and only afford this one, avoid and get the Gen2 for the wireless charging alone.

Just some notes on this:

- I own the Gen 1 pencil- it's awkward to charge as you either have to plug it in with an adapter that's easily lost, or you plug it into your iPad and it sticks out the bottom.
- The battery life isn't that great
- If you're thinking "I'm not sure I would use this" you definitely won't.

Unless you absolutely need a Pencil right now and only afford this one, avoid and get the Gen2 for the wireless charging alone.

I got a knockoff pencil from Amazon and works awesome. Apple even detects it as a Apple Pencil. Used Ringke pen holders and now it's glued to the back of my case. Works awesome if you want one and not spending much $

Anyone know if it works well on ForScore? I struggle trying to make quick notes during rehearsals with just my fingers. And I'm only on a 2018 iPad so can't go with a Gen 2.
