This is Apple TV HD 32GB not 4K. There is a type somewhere in the specs but it clearly states 1080P. This is normal price.

Doesn't matter. The manufacturing cost of 4K vs 1080P for streamers is negligible, and the projector market is a tiny fraction of the TV market, and I own both a 1080P and 4K Epson projector. Making 1080P components in 2022 is just stupid.

Just to clear things up here:

Web page states this is model MHY93LL/A, which is the 2021 HD model that includes the updated remote.

$99 is a decent price for this model, below MSRP, but the 4K model has been $119 or less lately, so a few more bucks for much more "future proofing".

There is chatter that a new ATV or updated remote is coming next month. Prices could be sliding down more over the next month.
