It's not a HOT DEAL when there is no inventory. YMMV doesn't cut it. Finding a one off at a great price is not a deal for all of those who follow these Brickseek links to "O" inventory.

Appreciate the thought but why post unless you have checked that there are units out there?

Yes, it has better specs than even the Fire TV stick 4K Max. Even though it's older device.

What kind of modding is available on this? My 4k max has leanback launcher and the debloat pack. It's flawless..but the extra horse power is tempting. Can you do the same on this cube?

also, isn't this cube missing some codecs 4k and max have?

Thanks for the link. I've got an old Fire Stick to trade-in, so I'll just wait until Black Friday to check what the deals are . I'd also like to see what the reviews are like for the Upscaling feature of the Cube 3.

Pulled the trigger on the Gen3 since Amazon is running a promo ($40 Off with code 4Kcube) bringing it to $100 (which will probably be the Black Friday price with a few $80-$90 thrown in every now and then based on sales during the holidays). Scheduled delivery for Nov 1-2 just in case it doesn't live up to expectations based on October 25th release date reviews and I want to return it.
