Is it? It says $12.49 MSRP. This stuff is expensive at retail and I have a hard time finding it outside of Staples and other office supply stores around that price.

I bought it from Amazon for $3.19 about a month ago. For comparison, the black version of this tape is currently $9.24 on Amazon

The ones under $4 are 4 inch by 2 inch at target Lowes etc. this one is for 4 FOOT by 2 inch are around 9 bucks everywhere. I'm in for 2.

It actually is a deal. It is the industrial strength version, it's 2 inches wide and 48" long. This is the lowest I've ever seen it, and I use it.
