Is it? It says $12.49 MSRP. This stuff is expensive at retail and I have a hard time finding it outside of Staples and other office supply stores around that price.

For all those passing up on this "non-deal". Good luck finding this in your local Target. None to be found anywhere near me despite online inventory saying there are a few in stock. Also realize that for shipping you need above $35 order - which again you'll need to roll the dice to see if this item actually ships. Seems Target is clearing these out of their stores. Lowest I see anywhere else is $8 and up for the industrial strength.
