1. Go to the "Order Details" page for your order on bestbuy.com. This page likely says "Shipping Kit on its way" for the trade in status.
2. Open Developer Console in Chrome. Navigate to the "Networks" tab and reload the page.
3. Search for "trade" in the search box.
4. You should see 3 results - the third begins with "2002..." for me. Click on this one.
5. Click on "tradeInStatusInfo" -> "fulfillment" -> "tracking".
You will see the tracking number of the return shipping UPS label. You should also see a "isBoxShipped" field that likely reflects if your trade-in kit has shipped yet.

Needless to say, it's another train wreck of a rollout for a new phone, and seems Google and Best Buy can share some blame. Best Buy screwed up my order, so I cancelled it. Now thinking of just sticking with Pixel 6 for now and see if Google is able to fix the problems with the Pixel 7 Pro with updates. This is why Pixel has only 2% market share.

I had a S20 FE and went briefly to a S21 FE then to my S22.
Thinking about going from the S22 to the P7P mainly because the optical zoom is 5x vs 3x but I am on the fence.

I used my phone damn near all day, YT, music and browsing, phone calls.Didn't have to charge until after midnight and it was at 24%.

Someone on reddit also confirmed they got a billing credit as yesterday was their bill date. So at this point, I assume if you see the promo in your Fi account, you'll get a credit.

If you don't have an existing account, you might want to try signing up (but not porting right away). As soon as you do, you should get a email about receiving the promo. If you don't get the promo, you should be able to quit and get a prorated discount.
