Fun fact: This term derives from chinese railworker immigrants in the 1800s who brought it over with them and took it for joint pain and anti-inflammatory properties due to its, you guessed it, high omega-3 content. The colloquialism that we now use "snake oil" comes from the sheisters who saw this, and then made fake copies of snake oil and tried to sell them as if they were as good as the real thing.

Excellent deal for $10 to last 240 days at 6 caps a day to reach 2g of epa/dha. Even though low omega per cap compared to others, oh well swallow more caps for the price point.

Try to get fish oil with the highest DHA mg as possible.. you want to get as close to 1,000mg DHA per day

Not saying any of these are bad just trying to gauge how many you will take to get the dosage that makes a difference to them know how long a bottle would last

Quick google result shows recommended daily dose of omega3 is 300-500mg and more if taking to treat specific conditions. So while it is more, it's not a recommended efficacious dose.

My doctor recommended 2 g omega a day. This is the only one I can reach it with 2 capsules.
