Are you sure that this is not the Mini-LED version? As per Asus official spec, all the ROG Flow X16 (2022) GV601 models come with Mini-LED panel which can go up to 1000-nits in HDR mode and over 600 nits in normal SDR mode.

See that the RTX 3060 version does have Mini LED as well. Now it may be a BestBut specific model without it but as per Asus official documentation, even the RTX 3050 Ti one does come with Mini LED screen.

Good to know you can get mini led with the 3060. Unfortunately i think the BestBuy one is a regular led one. The specs on the site says brightness is 500. Bummer.
