From the Q&A section of Amazon

A good surge protector should have clamping voltage under 400V otherwise surge voltage can still cause damage to your devices. They didn't mention it anywhere on their product page, but in the QA sections, someone asked and they said it's 500V (replied by AnkerDirect -- authorized seller of Anker on Amazon).
Second, this product IS NOT UL Listed for surge protector. Look for their Certificate of Analysis from TUV in this page, they are ONLY certified for UL 1363, which is for Relocatable Power Taps not surge protector.
