Since this is asked so much:
Pixel 6a is not available for trade in because it's new and Google still sells them.

Problem, if someone like me can influence and create problem, then the problem lies with people like you who have no clue what phone to buy
Way to show that you didn't even read my post. I said all of that, and you still discounted my main point that continuing to use anything if you don't like it or if it doesn't work for you doesn't make sense. You're still putting future resale value above everything else, which is fine for you, but think this should apply to everyone.
If I had S21 Ultra and was unhappy with it or hated it. Should I keep using it for a year just so I can upgrade to the next flagship S22 Ultra? And when I have that (as I do now), continue to use it when I think it's completely underwhelming and doesn't work well for me? So I can, what, upgrade to the S23 U? And so on and so on? No thanks.
You're trying to convince everyone to buy and deal with an oversized, powerful, roomy, gas guzzling SUV just so they can later trade it in for the same of another - when maybe all they want is a fast, fuel efficient sedan. Like I said, you do you. Clearly you aren't making the money you want selling these Pixels, so why are you still hanging around thread crapping?
BTW, I'm free to state my opinion as are you. If you don't like it, just block me or don't read my posts. No need to get butthurt because I disagree with you. It's called debate and discussion. Which is why I was stating that ignoring or diminishing the importance of resale value before purchasing a phone, car, home, or anything of value is just plain dumb. But as you say, you do you. Enjoy your Pixel 7. LOL.

Refund is based on (and paid after) phone received matching the description provided at time of estimate and will be issued to form of payment used for order. Phones sent for trade-in must be received within 30 days of initiation of trade-in process, provided the purchased device has not been returned during that time.
