Sent the phone back. In my opinion the S22 Ultra is a better overall phone and OneUI is a lot smoother and more optimized than the stock P7pro software. Also, the fingerprint sensor works fine on the Pixel, the S22U ultra sonic fingerprint sensor is instant and a lot faster.

Seems to work with trade-ins as well so you can get a pretty sweet deal now that rivals the Best Buy GC deal again.

Edit: Not providing my personal code here. Suggest no one else does either.

I guess I'll be returning the P7 I bought last week and referring a family member to buy it for me.
I have 2 orders from Best Buy that are supposed to be available for pickup tomorrow.. Not sure $200 in Google credit is that much better than $100 in BB, since the Google credit will only be good until September 2023.. Long enough to use on a potential 7a, but likely not P8.

I'd definitely take $200 in google store credit over $100 in BB. Google is worth less for sure, but not 50% less. Remember you can price match google store as well to Amazon, Walmart, BB, etc. Almost certainly there will be some deals for the Buds A-Series or Nest Hubs or something.

If I sign each of the other accounts up for Google One I guess it does come out to be much better with an extra $60 of credit, less 2 months of service. Signing up for Google One on mobile there is often a discount on the first month as well. Probably will go that route.

I don't see where to put in the referral codes during the cart-to-checkout process. Instructions seem to be "enter that code during the Google Store checkout", yet I don't see a field. Did you see one there?

I was able to put on the final checkout page where you'd hit submit order. But it didn't work since another promo (extended trade-in value) was on the cart.
