A bit off-topic but I've now tried multiple super fans codes on multiple accounts to no avail. Is there a technical issue going on at the google store right now or something? Codes were all working this morning and now even widely-available ones aren't working.

Well that didn't last long at all. I just tried as well and it's no longer valid. Damn that sucks.

Yeah no idea what's going on. Apparently some are working and some aren't. Contacted Google about it, we'll see.

Codes can be used up to 10x each. I looked at the Reddit thread and successfully used one that was posted about 30 mins before I used it.

I just received confirmation they assessed my trade-in. When I contacted support they told me I'd have to wait a full 14 days before they could assist and their trade-in site does say to allow for 3-4 weeks. I'd give them until Friday and try contacting again.

Mine arrived in Smyrna, TN on Oct 26. No more movements (on the tracking log) after that. There's only 1 update everyday that says "moving through network". Latest update was Oct 30. It shows: Oct 30, moving thru network, arriving late.

I started a chat session on Oct 30 and was told everything is fine, package is not lost. I got an email on Nov 2 to tell me that they've received the phone. Got another email today to let me know a $325 refund has been issued for my 4a 5g. I don't see the money in my credit card yet. As for the USPS tracking, right now it is still showing Oct 30... moving thru network, arriving late.

Yesterday (11/02) i got an email from Google saying my trade in was received and today morning I got another email saying my trade in is assessed and refund is credited back. I traded an iPhone XR 64gb , broken screen .My estimated trade-in was $370 and they credited $415. I sent my trade in on 10/21 and estimated delivery date was 10/24. USPS still showing moving through the network and delayed. Trade in process was smooth . Thanks to the slickdeals forum.

Only one code use per account, so you'd have to use multiple accounts (not advised) to buy each phone.

Eh, I might wait. Best Buy cancelled one of my orders for pickup, and I replaced that with a Google store order. I have another from Best Buy that I extended till mid-December. Hopefully that one gets fulfilled.
