Hey knowledgeable folks, I just got my P7 and a trade-in kit a couple of days ago. Wanted to maximize the deal and try using the Superfan referral code option.

Would you say I need to return the phone, cancel the trade-in and start over with the new order?
Wonder if there's a better way without dealing with shipping back and forth Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Almost three weeks in, and my trade-in is still showing as "moving through network". Hundreds of similar complaints on reddit. What a disaster. Not doing a trade-in with Google ever again.

Update: Finally got an email from Google saying that they are issueing the credit. Though USPS is still showing undelivered.

I am thinking I will jump in the BF deal $499 on Nov. 17th with iphone 11 trade in before I travel abroad for more than 3 weeks. I wouldn't be able to send in my "trade in" on time though.. Frown

I bought 2 Pixel 7's on 10/6 and 10/14. Sent in trade-in devices on 10/28 and 10/29. USPS tracking shows departed USPS Nashville, TN annex on 11/4 and 11/5 and "moving through network, arriving late" ever since. Patiently waiting. Did you do anything to get the email?
