Top Comments
1) The phone is UNLOCKED. (Mint only locks iPhones and specified Samsung devices)
2) You theoretically CAN sell the service, but you have a 45-day time crunch.
3) If you (or anyone) do not activate the service within 45 days it just expires, and you're out $90 (plus fees).
4) If you do not port a number you only get 6 months of service, not 12.
5) Check your Amex offers for a potential further $45 discount.

Been told with no upfront charges my next bill after trade in will be extra $5+change for 7 pro 128GB and $8+ change for 7 Pro 256GB per line. Based on tracking will get all 3 phones tomorrow morning...

As with any deal while supplies last
Remember they want people OFF 3G and edge because they are less efficient for the spectrum used. It's much better to keep you on LTE and just throttle your speed.
The reason you are getting kicked to 3g and 2g is more likely due to those bands being the best signal you can capture on the available networks towers
