Same with me, today they told me they won't be fulfilling it and were surprised I didn't get a cancellation email. What a joke considering they wouldn't allow customizations because they were "prebuilt". First time buying a windows PC in 18 years and what a terrible experience it has been.

The 13th gen chips are supposed to have a huge performance increase and also be more power efficient.

They claim 12th performance at something like 60% the power draw

everyone always says these things run hot and are loud but theirs something about the alien ware computers that makes it different like the case just looks insanely good to me, the only pre built I would probably ever buy is an alien ware prebuilt

I just bought this. Combined Amex offers from 3 cards. Card 1: 120 off 599, card 2: 120 off 599 and Card 3: 50 off 100. On top that, used top cash back which will provide 4% cash back which is addition $74. Dell rewards around $36 or $37. 1199+100(tax)= 1298.99. 1298.99-120-120-50-74-36=898.99. Hope this helps anyone wants to use as much as offers they can.

Edit: Also, pls let me know if I got a good price with all these offers and worth it. 😜
