Would it have been? This is $5 cheaper, but the SP drive looks to be a better drive.

No internal drives are XBSX compatible. On the other hand, pretty much any drive can be plugged into the XBSX for storing non Series S or X games.

This is a better brand, but they're both DRAM-less drives. I doubt you'd notice much difference.

I just cannot trust anything from newegg anymore no matter how good the deal, the second i see it's a deal but from newegg I'm out NO exceptions they have burned too many people.

I have one of these in my current PC just for storing some games
GTA V - Assassin's Creed Origins - Shadow of the Tomb Raider
The Witcher 1 2 and 3 and a few others. Games seem to run just fine on it
