Great socks. I'm a letter carrier and walk up to 10 hours a day in these. I prefer their cushioned tactical style. Paired with proper fitting shoes and I rarely get blisters and my feet never stink at the end of the day. Can't recommend them enough.

Protip. Buy several of the same color pair instead of multiple colors/designs. That way if you lose a sock you can pair it with more of the same and use warranty too.

And when these eventually do, they'll replace them no questions asked. I just picked up 4 more pairs as gifts (well, most of them will be. at least some. probably).

What kind of socks do I need to buy so my feet don't smell? Is it a special material?

I don't have athletes foot or anything just read that some socks are better than others.

These are great socks. They're worth a buy it for life tag. I've had two pairs tear on me and Darn Tough replaced them without any questions. I'm in for 4. This is a great price for high quality socks.

Grabbed half a dozen, great prices and selection! These are so comfortable and durable they're pretty much all I wear now. Hopefully can grab another six+ pairs during holiday sales but for right now this is good for the fall outdoors.

Do note that their warranty does not cover lost pairs or pet damage.
Earlier this year I did a warranty claim on 6 pairs, all bought in 2014, for the material thinning and forming holes. 18 day turn around from submission of form to receiving new socks. You have to pay for postage yourself, but it was only 6 bucks for me.

I think cotton/wool. Polyester for sure makes sweat smell horrifically.

i honestly think these socks are kinda overrated. while they do have amazing warranty, you gotta do the math on when spending so much on a single pair of socks is worth it becuase for the cost of these, you can probably get 6 pairs elsewhere. as for the comfort, i'd put these on medium level. not the worst but i've had better.

Buy once, cry once, I just sent them 8 pairs of socks that were worn or had holes. The socks were about 6 years old and worn at least once a week. Most comfortable Darn Tough I've tried is Hike/Trek Micro Crew Lightweight with Cushion, Style 1972 (54 nylon 43 merino 3 lycra). (Some Darn Toughs are too stiff or tight)
