Was debating picking up the C2 77 inch at Costco for $2500 but this is tempting. I appreciate the warranty from Costco and how flexible they are, but I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Microcenter. They let you return a 3d printer that you have opened and used without any questions asked. Great retailer. Decisions, decisions.
anyone have an opinion on the best warranty to add to this? I have done squaretrade but their prices have gone way up. Is LG good about honoring their warranty? IMO my credit card (maybe microcenters) doubles that warranty and that is good enough(?)

LG has a warranty they'll try to sell you, but it's ridiculous for this TV. Maybe $800 for three years?

I am hoping to find more deals as Black Friday approaches.
I want to get this TV but going to wait. I have the 55 C1 model and I love it.
Wow this post made Front Page of Slickdeals. I've been going to Slickdeals way before I became a member in 2004 and benefited a lot from Slickdeals over the years. Told tons of people about the site. This is a pretty big deal for me LOL
I bought the Benq TK700 for my basement earlier this year - Kinda hard to go down from 110 to 83 but I am thinking I can have both since my basement is big enough. One for movies the other for gaming. Decisions decisions

77 works if you are 10ft or closer roughly. So for big rooms...83 is the only option for oled unless you are saving 20k for that 97" lol.
I am at 12.5ft viewing distance but don't want to give up dolby vision by getting a Samsung 85" so only choice is this at 83 and the a90j
This has been around 3k for 6 months. A90j sitting at 4k.
Hoping black Friday plus recession will bring the a90j down to 3300. That's the tv to buy in this size range...same panel....way better processing

This price is even cheaper than the previous low, which was only available via the LG employer website at ~$3300.
