Oh man. Samsung and Best Buy caught up on the trade ins. They lowered the S21s to only $600 in trade-in value.

Not that I know of. Like I said, the guy that was working with me just looked at options and then do that, and said I get the phone free, and the $200 gift card with the ATT activation.

I'm assuming that is a different promo between BB and the provider that he applied.

I successfully processed this deal yesterday at a local store. The agent was definitely confused at first and only offered me $180 total credit until I showed him the slick deal posting with the enhanced trade in value sheet. It took a while to get it completed since he wasn't the stores Mobile Expert, but eventually I walked out with a phone and gift card. I can only imagine they shouldn't be allowing us to use the $200 gift card right there to complete the purchase.

Wait I thought just the new s22 phone you are getting is unlocked. Does the trade in have to be unlocked as well? Didn't see that requirement anywhere. I am on att and have an s21 that I was going to try and trade in.

Can someone explain what the best buy employee should do to get this trade in offer value for me?

I went to the store yesterday and the BB employee was clueless. He tried everything he knows in the system but couldn't get to display the $800 trade in value for S21. It showed only the regular trade in value. Spent 1.5 hours and he concluded that he can't help and no one in his store is able to help.

If phone is $500 .you should get more than $200 gift card right since tradein value is $800 then $800-$500. Am I missing something here ?
