Just chiming in with my experience especially for those who have stores with no stock:

I bought an S21+ locally for $340 and in the same trip went to BB which had no phones in stock. My rep was a little unfamiliar with the process but still got it done within 20 minutes. He ordered a shipped 256gb S22+ ($800) for me and with my S21+'s value of $800, I only had to pay $21 in difference, making this a new 256gb S22+ for only $361. Super slick deal!

I don't know that for sure. But 2 weeks ago when upgrades was giving $200 activation discount new lines was giving $300. Then last week when upgrades was not giving activation discount new lines was only giving $100. Seems to always be a $100 more on new lines vs upgrades.

I was able to take advantage of this promotion today. I traded in a S21+ 128GB and got the S22+ 128GB, that was all they had in stock. The rep struggled to figure out the transaction, but he kept working on it and got it done. He scanned the new phone and found the promotion on the terminal, and then worked through the trade in. At one point he printed out a Samsung code which showed the $800 credit. He scanned the coupon bar code and then pulled out a BB gift card and loaded $200 on the card. He continued through the process and in the end I had about $38.xx remaining on the card.

He was not the normal mobile sales person, but he stuck with it and consulted with his manager a couple of times. He was very patient and never gave up, so I'm very thankful for his efforts. I purchased an inexpensive case with some of the remaining balance and will eventually get my permanent case.

If they had a 256GB in stock I would have purchased it, instead of the 128GB version. I didn't want to complicate the process with ordering a different phone, and my wife could not be without her phone for a few days.

Thanks to the OP for posting the promotion. Heck of a deal!!
