I liked this product when I got it but the USB charging port never seated properly. A year in to owning it, the usb wouldn't seat at all, and I opened various tickets about this issue. I was ignored by Steelseries customer support, and found dozens and dozens of people in the same situation. I tried to get an RMA to replace the defective product or have it replaced, but like everyone else I was erroneously denied in spite of all of the relevant documentation and proof (including dozens of corroborating posts, threads and videos of other customers experiencing the same defect).
The ENTIRE Steelseries subreddit is people dealing with repairing their products themselves, experiencing buyer's remorse for these overpriced devices. What's more is that Steelseries was sold december last year, and the parent company could not care less.
Fight these companies, and fight for right to repair.

This headset is terrible. Very uncomfortable to wear and mis-advertised as being USB compatible when it is not. The only USB it has is USB-C which can't even be used with a PC unless you buy an adapter. The microphone quality is middling at best, my friends over Discord could barely hear me properly.

I've been using this for about a month now. How does a 100 dollar headset have random microphone static out of the box. You even touch the mic and it's crazy static for me, and whoever I'm talking to. This will be the 1 and only steel series I ever buy. Back to Corsair for me. Better build quality for cheaper. Absolute waste for 100 dollars.
