Highly regarded Cuisinart Tri-ply stainless cookware set for $189 after amazon coupon.
I've been looking at these sets and comparing to Tramontina and All-clad. These appear to be a clone of the all-clads and seem to have a higher rating than Tramontina and others.
I like the pouring edge (rounded instead of square) and steel lids (vs glass you usually get around this price point) This is a bigger set than the one currently on sale at best-buy (and the best buy set has glass lids!). My Amazon account also offered 6 months same-as-cash payments (without their CC) (YMMV on that part).
Not as great a deal as a couple days ago, but pretty darn close and a great set of pots and pans
Happy cooking!

The technology is a clone of All-Clad's but the pan designs are definitely not All-Clad clones. I prefer the slope of All-Clad skillets, in particular.
In tests, Cuisinart pans, which are Chinese-made, perform pretty well, but are slightly more prone to hot spots and warping.
It's a good collections of pieces with the exception of the 8" skillet and the absence of a 12" skillet, but for this price you could throw out the tiny one and buy a 12" skillet on your own -- even an All-Clad.
