I'm looking for a Two Seat Electric Go-Kart/ATV/Dune Buggy for kids. Power Wheels are too slow. The Chinese 7.5KW quads are "too much" for my 5 year old.

When my kids were little I just hopped up their Power Wheels for a couple years until they could handle a chinese ATV. The motors in Power Wheels can handle 18v instead of 12 which makes a good bit of speed difference. We used to have to wire two batteries in series to do it but power tool adapters are making it easier now in that you can just slip in a battery you have for a drill etc. and you are good to go.
