Both the Skil and This dewalt stand are worthless. So if needing a stand, you'd be better off making one.
Also, I'd hold out for the 10" Dewalt. There might be a slick deal on it still to come.

I am happy with my skil circular saw with laser light so I think for the price they can still provide good value. Rack and pinion fence is a must and Skil have it. I am not going to use dado blade so not worried about that. Also I will probably use the saw 1-2 times a year so I am fine with integrated stand (I know, height could be an issue) and looking for compactness.
Yeah, I will probably wait for the DEWALT 10" table saw.
