Interesting. I have a Capital One card too and used the extension on Amazon but it only came up with the auction price of $534.99. No coupons.

All of the cheap ones are the worst (like mech series).
Reluctantly, I got the gaming z trio, but it's working fine. Looks like rdna2 stock is really low.

Very little use cases for a 2k gpu..
The engineering and mfg cost does not justify the price at retail. Retail is gouging because the industry has a manufactured boom bust cycle and never got the memo that they will be left holding the bag of old and new cards nobody wants.

They just REFUSE to get the price down to the low $400 range where this card needs to be. Even sub-$500 is too much an ask for them.

They can keep it.

Yeah, that's weird. I guess I got lucky, and maybe the code it applied expired yesterday. I purchased it last night around 11 pm central.

That's weird to hear. I'd always thought of them as one of the top ones, like about Gigabyte level. But that's also because I associate them with high quality motherboards. I'll have to defer to the above experience that MSI is better with NVidia boards.
