Thinking of upgrading from a 65" LG GX. Are the flush mounts the same? Meaning, can I leave my bracket on the wall from the 65" and then hang the new 77?

Yeah, it should work fine. I believe most of these TVs are VESA 300mm.

No the g2 has a new and improved bracket it's different. The gx and g1 use the same one.

Remember, the $400 goes back on your card, It's not a gift card.

Still waiting for my 77" C2 to ship from BuyDig. That deal was $2,500 with a $175 Visa GC and the same warranty. Factoring in the Visa GC without tax, it's essentially another $672 for the G2. I know that the G2 has slightly better peak brightness, better heat dissipation (and is less prone to burn in). In a real-world setting, i.e., my living room, would that make much of a difference? I usually close the blinds if I'm watching movies. I'm upgrading from an older 4K 65" Samsung LED. I also own a 65" CX, which is in my basement office, and absolutely love it. After watching some movies with my wife on my CX, it was her idea to upgrade our living room TV to an OLED.

Do you have to message them about it or is it just an automatic refund back to the purchasing card?

G1 and CX owner here. Only material reason to pick the G series is the flush wall-mounting. Highly doubt you will notice a difference, but I'm sure someone will counter me in an attempt to justify their own purchase. That being said, this is a great deal. I just wouldn't trade your deal for this one based on what you've said. But man, the thickness uniformity of the G series is pretty sweet!

Phenomenal TV, I've had it for about a month and am impressed by it every day. I got a better deal on it going directly through a rep at Beach Camera but that didn't include the 3 year extended warranty FWIW.

Thank you for talking me off the ledge! The flush wall mounting is pretty awesome, especially since mine will be mounted above a fireplace, but I am going to keep my C2 order. I don't think I'll notice much difference in brightness between the C2 / G2 unless I have them side by side. There's no doubt the G2 is the better TV, but not $700 better for me. I'll be pairing the C2 with the recent Samsung Q990B deal and can't wait to get everything set up! I was looking at the 65" vs 77" C2 at Costco last weekend, and the 77" is an absolute monster!

Absolutely YES, if you value image quality above all else, and can afford the extra cost. If you are a normal consumer, the C2 will be more than satisfactory given the ~ $600 saving.
