to me these have better sound quality than the pixel buds pro. They have superior clarity and the bass hits hard (with bass boost). The only downside is the battery life is half the pros. However, I timed it last week and it lasted 5.5 hrs on a charge before the buds needed to be charged again. Also, I paid $100 for these.
These headphones suck. There is no volume control on the buds themselves. More than a few times they have got stuck with a low maximum volume somehow. There is a whole process to bring them back to full max volume. Not sure what Google was thinking with this bright idea.
I just recently moved to a Pixel 7 Pro. Is there an advantage to using these or the Pixel Buds Pro compared to another Bluetooth earbuds? Does Google do anything extra when staying in their ecosystem, like Apple with their iPhones and AirPods?
