Yes lazy developers are holding back the next Gen consoles…

You got to be kidding me right? PC gaming has scaled with varying hardware. That's like saying RTX 3060 is holding back RTX 3090s.

The XS shares many similarities with PC architecture. Only difference between PC and consoles is consoles are optimized for gaming with set specific SDKs.

Devs making this statement are just lazy devs who do not want to optimize for two systems in the XS line.

Cashed in my MS Rewards points too and got one. Had to talk to someone in chat as my order wouldnt go through when i had more than enough in my MS balance. Didnt see the bit about the headset when i ordered yesterday morning, hoping i get one.
