Agreed, it seems to be one of the best deals on a laptop with an IPS screen (non-touch). Here's what I posted on it a couple pages back:

The 17" HP referenced earlier looks like a pretty solid deal for the price ($329). NVMe SSD, IPS - 1080p, quad core, etc) I have a very similar one (but has a backlit keyboard and slightly better processor).

Further down on the page it lists the actual model number of 17-cn0273st.

Crucial and Intel show that model has two RAM slots, with 8GB standard in one slot.

Yup. Or then again keep it simple and just don't consider TN screens in any circumstance where you will look at the screen. That leaves using it as a desktop replacement hooked to an external monitor. laugh out loud

I think you're right about the Dell with the following change:
"The lowest IPS touchscreen laptop deal"...potential hinge problem aside. Looks decent and gets good ratings on the Best Buy site at least.

Just got this laptop. TN screen (as expected) sucks. no USB-C charging either. mousepad itself isn't clickable. Build quality isn't bad at all, and fairly light for it's size.

I just really wish it had USB-C charging.... Come on... it's 2022 people. get rid of these propriety charging bricks.

I def wouldn't keep it, but it's for the wife and she doesn't mind. She just really wanted a numpad. LOL

I will say that it is a decent TN panel (AUO), gentle on eyes. If you have experience you will know that at this price level the IPS will be so bad to your eyes. Don't buy just because IPS, you need to make sure your eye's comfortable.

Some (all 3 that I own at least) laptops have the tracking area that you can push down and feel a tactile click/feedback. This track pad is solid so it doesn't click. You can tap and that works but just is a non moving track pad.

Delivery no longer available. I checked store pickup for my city (san diego) and major metropolitan cities across the US and every one of them was not available for pickup. I suspect this deal is dead.
