Any thoughts on a pair of M-12s for a 30x20x10 dedicated HT? I have just now started researching this build and these deals are making me consider jumping the gun and starting with a pair of the M-12S.

I have two Outlaw X-12 subs in my home theater (they probably have similar output to the M12). My room is 16x16x9, but there is only a half wall in the back and opens to another even bigger space. I don't use even close to the full output of my two subs, so I would think you would be OK with two M-12s. But, a theater designer would probably tell you to get a pair of 15" subs. Get at least 2 subs and plan for flexibility of placement. Nulls at low frequencies is a thing, and multiple subs even those out at different listening positions. Run sub cables to each corner (or different side locations) of your theater before drywall if you can't change it later. I planned to have both subs in the front corners, but had to put them in opposing front and rear corners to alleviate a null at the middle front seat (with the rear one needing a wireless adapter because I didn't run cable there).

I have a 15x17x8 man cave / home theater room and I went with a pair of these. The REL deal seemed more more of a mid-tier sub and couldn't hit the low end like this. It's more, but I think it's end game for me as 15s are too big and I'd be hard pressed to find something that hits lower frequencies for anything close to this price.
There was also a HSU sub deal, but it seemed more "high maintenance" (albeit versatile) and IIRC, this one hits lower[avsforum.com]. It's about $60 cheaper too.

I assume that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost? I am 95% confident I want/need this but if I'm disappointed with the performance increase I wouldn't want to keep it.
Been waiting for this deal, alert triggered as well. This is my stop, monoliths are great. I am sure as per usual this thread will fill with the typical subwoofer shaming and arguments but that will never end. Good luck everyone and enjoy the deal.

Amen and repped.

I have a bic pl-200ll. Would this be a worthwhile upgrade?
I had a bic F12 that I was never really happy with. The monolith 10 has much better low frequency extension, but it's a big footprint and very heavy. I've been using it almost daily since Oct 2018.
