I know it's a MC deal but still, this price isn't much different than standard

Not everyone has access to MC. 230 is decent, the 5700x is a better deal tho.

These were on sale on amazon earlier this week for $200 I'm pretty sure. If you hate Newegg, Amazon also currently has it for $230

Not true. A 5700X clocks as high or higher than a 5800X because it's a lower tdp of 65W and has more overclocking headroom. Watch GamersNexus YT video about the 5700X being what the 5800X should have been if you want more info.
