I'm a live audio engineer by profession, and I'm familiar with evaluating function and cost of mics..
If you're looking for a general purpose condenser mic in this price range, you'd be hard pressed to find equivalent sound quality, and probably impossible to find equivalent build quality, at this price. Audio Technica has an excellent reputation and track record, and this is about the price I'd expect to see on a used AT2020.
The step-up model, AT2035, is currently $120, is a significantly better mic, also at a very good price.

Thanks. Is this mainly for vocals or does it have good sound for acoustic guitars?
how does it compare to Shure PGA48 which also seems to be on sale and comes with accessories

The PGA48 is a dynamic handheld vocal mic-- an entirely different beast. By comparison, the AT2020 will be far more neutral, and do well on far more applications-- making it a better choice for recording, podcasts, etc. As a condenser, it also requires 48V 'phantom' power from a mixer, preamp, interface, or a stand-alone phantom power box, and for practical purposes it cannot be handheld..
If your need is for a vocal mic, especially handheld, for live performance, the PGA48 works fine.

Shure has got a big sale going on Amazon right now too. Anything better for the money from Shure right now for voice recording? Primary purpose is singing (occasionally live) with some speaking/podcast stuff once in a while. I do have an interface, so the 48v is not an issue.
Thanks for all your helpful comments so far, and Happy Thanksgiving !

I was also looking at the dynamic mics from Audio Technica AT2005 USB or ATR2100x USB. Would you have a recommendation among these? Would this be better?

I've got AT2020 and AT2035 mics that I used for my podcast and when I went to a guest's home to tape an interview, it was so live and echoey that I had a brutal time in post gating out the reflections. I did it, but it was a rough process. I used to record my podcast in my co-host's basement and the walls were far enough away and he had an open joist ceiling and that knocked down the ambient echo. The only real problems were the furnace/AC (which I used to use an expander on until we realized turning the damn thing off was easier).

Audio-Technica support didn't seem to think there was any problem with the mics (of course they wouldn't) and it was hard to test and reproduce because it'd take at least 20 minutes to manifest itself, so I was never able to pin down whether there was a problem with the circuitry in the mic or some sort of driver flakiness.
I decided at that point to invest in an interface and standard mics and got a Scarlet 18i8 (which has four mic preamps), a pair of AT2035 and an AT2020 guest mic to have guests in and they worked without issue for the rest of the show's run.
If all you need is a single mic for streaming/podcasting, then you'll probably be fine with the AT2020USB. Just sharing my experience with them, which may not have been the mic's fault.
