Anyone think this is the best price this will be between now and cyber Monday? Is the performance gain over the 6700 normal worth the additional cost?

It's a hedge for me, as Amazon returns are so easy. Not sure on performance value.

bestbuy has a similar deal, i can get this instore today vs waiting till dec 3rd from amazon. plus i can use my 15 dollars off for citi and i have some best buy giftcards of $50 i can use to pretty much price match amazon or get it $10 cheaper after taxes, plus use it today. best buy has it for 389.99

Finally this deal is getting love. This is the cheapest 6700xt making it a slickdeal. The time has changed from back in the day when price is what made the deal slickdeal.

I'm hoping we will see a good deal on Cyber Monday, or at least first half of December when the 79's are coming out on the 13th. Asus has a $180 rebate for some of their AMD cards. I believe we will see more deals coming soon.

But that could all just be wishful thinking on my end. My RX480 is still ticking and while I'm itching for a new card, in all reality I can wait another month or two.

I know different cooler than OP here tho.

EDIT: Ah I see. I was looking at the "non core" model. either way I think no matter how you slice it you're having to spend more in gift certificates and promotions to match what Amazon is offering, so any comparison you're trying to justify to yourself aside from saving a week of time is kinda moot.
