The g80 that this tablet has is the bare minimum imo. Don't get something with a worse processor.
I think this tablet is more then enough for any kid or adult.
I bought one when the deal went live. Just received it back of box says 64+4 i think this is a Walmart exclusive cause on the back of the box the Model ends US-WM
You mean my 2019 Fire HD10 which I got for $35 after I traded in a broken old tablet? Which my kid loves and uses every day. She does not want or need a new tablet.
This is NOT a garbage tablet. But yes, the one you stated is much better and having double the RAM, double the harddrive, larger screen and faster CPU/GPU for $85 more is definitely something to consider BUT if you are on a hard budget... this deal is still good.

Please let us know the audio quality and screen brightness of your new tablet for watching movies, my older lenovo tablets are of below average on these two areas, dim screen and tinny audio!! Lol

Both tablets have great looking screens with very good sound as well. The screen on the Lenovo seems to be slightly better and the sound is also slightly better.
At max. brightness the screen is brighter on the Lenovo tablet.
Screen ratio on Lenovo is 5:3 while Samsung is 16:10(8:5)
Something I noticed though is that the brightness slider is not as linear as on the Samsung. Seems like the brightness increments on the Lenovo go like 10-20-25-30-35-40-50-60-80-100 while on Samsung it is more linear like 10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100. No big deal just something I noticed.
Also something worth noting is that the gamma on the Samsung is a bit off. Using Display Tester it shows 1.6 while the Lenovo is 2.1-2.2

Lenovo tablet is a bit lighter. (465g vs. 508g according to specs) but I did not weigh them, it feels slightly lighter.

Also something weird while signing into gmail on a browser - it alerted me for Samsung that a new sign in occured on Linux - lol
While the Lenovo was identified properly
Only bloatware I notice on the Lenovo is Amazon Music and Netflix (both removable)
Samsung has some Samsung apps and to me this is worse (since they cannot be uninstalled or disabled)

Also, it flickers when scrolling in the browser. Is this normal?
EDIT: the tablet was updating its firmware on the background the first few hours. Both problems went away once that was done
