Same problem with me. Unfortunately, I can't buy any more because I have way too many and they expire 12/23.
If it's going to be delivered by Amazon u can sometimes "refuse delivery" in the tracking section.. I have done this a couple of times now
And mine is shipped via UPS. not fulfilled by amazon. I doubt you'll get refund easily even if you refuse. Not worth the $4-$5 in savings I guess.

these are NOT for a Nespresso btw
I have tried the Lavazza Keurig Espresso Italiano before and did not like that one. My office has a keurig so I got some to try but I thought it was meh.
