Also have the 12.9 version coming from bestbuy. Guess im likely to return that one. Ordered it cause there wasnt any great 11inch deals at the time.

That's a new low on 128GB and matching low on 256GB. Very nice. My 512GB from Costco came in yesterday. I didn't get to use it much yet, but I was impressed with what I saw.

The highly rated Zugu case [amazon.com] is on sale at Amazon for $40 ($49 color), regular $70. It's heavier than the average case (12.7oz vs ~8oz) but really well done.

A13 will get 5+ more years of iPadOS support. Keep in mind, Apple sells thousands of these to schools, and those need to maintain updated OS support. The A13 in an iPad is still a 'current' model.

We've already seen M1/M2 get unique iPadOS features, and that will probably continue.

So I think A13 iPads will probably get iPadOS updates for as long as the M1 models, just feature deprecated.
