I was just able to purchase the Gray Titanium Watch5 Pro for $115.19 (before taxes) on Samsung's site with Education Discount & trade in of Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.
Final discounted price showed at checkout screen, NOT BEFORE. (Does not seem to work on Black Titanium)

Steps that I followed on Windows laptop using Google Chrome:
1) Sign in
2) Navigate to Watch5 Pro page
3) Choose Watch5 Pro (Bluetooth/Wifi model only)
4) Case Color: Gray Titanium / BAND Color: Gray D-Buckle Sport band
5) Choose trade-in device: Galaxy Watch 4 Classic
6) No insurance coverage
7) Click Continue and Skip Bands/Add-ons
At the checkout screen it then showed the discounted price of $115.19 (before taxes), along with the message: "It's your lucky day. A discount was applied to one or more of your items in cart"
It gave me a bundle discount, even though I didn't have anything else in my cart besides the watch and watch band.
I tried it 3 times and it worked every time. So good luck everyone!

For me it was. I like a bigger watch and the classic was only 42mm.
Plus I didn't really use the rotating bezel at all. So for me, it was a no brainer.
Plus 15% CB from certain cashback site
I thought it wasn't and i love the physical bezel. But i felt on the watch 4 classic the bezel just wasn't worth it anymore as it messed with cases and it's prone to dirt and harder to use while running or playing sports or hiking
Side note, the 5 pro is thicker than 4 classic and it actually helps the band straps sit closer to my smaller wrist than the 4 classic, if that makes sense. It could also be the new bands are more flexible.
