I have had a Gaggia Velasca Prestige for a while now. The refurb did not cost a lot, either. Check the refurb section on WholeLatteLove to save a good chunk of cash.

Have to disagree with you. Everybody likes to dump on superautomatics, but at the end of the day, it's an espresso machine. Not a Keurig. If you want to put in all the time and effort that a semi auto takes, more power to you. I switched from one and can now make a latte with the push of a button. No grinding, no temping, no mess. And it tastes amazing. I couldn't be happier.

The LB 400 shows up much cheaper for me. I see $175 with a 20% clip coupon making it $140. If I didn't have a super automatic I would consider this…
