However, connect to VPN in Turkey and the price shows at TRY 1,329.99 and with the current 60% off promo, it becomes TRY 531.99 which works out to be about $29 USD.

I used my free Windscribe VPN connected to Istanbul Ataturk. You may need to log into your account or create in a new incognito/private browsing session to see the TRY price (instead of USD).

Thank you. This link along with Google Pay worked like a charm. Google Pay didnt work first. Reopening the page and trying again helped. Also, Google Pay showed which credit cards I could use. Discover was a no-go. Used Visa card via Google Pay.

EDIT: Also, did not work with Nord VPN for some reason but worked with VPN Unlimited and chrome browser.

EDIT2: Using Google Pay worked like a charm

Worked like a charm on my phone with vpn unlimited, chrome incognito mode and Google pay. I have so many apps in Turkey I might as well move there for now

I believe you have to login with a Google connected account in order to get the Google Pay option - at least that worked for me. I did not get Google Pay option when I tried creating a new account using a hotmail address.

That did it, thanks. Failed my card the first time which was weird. Charged $28.62.

Worked perfectly! Had to use another card, it's weird seems to only work with my AMEX but it went through as 28 with some cents for the charge. Unlimited VPN ans Google Pay did the trick

Tried 2 cards. Not working. Used windscribe. "There was an error charging your card. Please contact your card issuer for more information"

Are you doing anything special in chrome? I've tried so many different ways and it's still not showing. I'm going to try on a different computer and see if that changes anything...I'm about to give up.
