Nailed it. I've been using this since it came out and have been happy overall. After an egging episode before Halloween where the Hello was missing identifying features of the people, I searched for a higher resolution replacement to no avail.

I have this model and it's great except for the documented battery issue that will come up in a few years. Going to get this to replace, hopefully it lasts a few more years.

There is no battery in this. So that shouldn't be an issue.
