This is VERY YMMV, I don't think there is a "method" to get these. They kinda just show up under your FOR U coupon clippings on the app. I have gotten several over the year.

$8 off $80 is what I have.

Edit: 12/1. Of course, it failed to apply at checkout at the store. Even though I didn't have any items excluded from the terms. It also failed online when I tried to place enough items in my cart and total was $99+. No $8 off $80 discount.
