This one supports 4k @ 30Hz, which seems crazy limited and not for active use.
Spend a bit more and get one that has a remote and extracts the audio. You'll thank me later
Edit: The one I linked is DisplayPort, not HDMI like the OP. So, probably not comparable. I'm looking for a good DP KVM that won't break the bank.
Search for usb c switcher that can do video and pd. Amazon selling for ~$70. You might find some on ebay for ~$30-~$40 but need to check the quality. But the requirement for monitor should have usb hub so that you can plug your mouse and keyboard

There are very few KVMs that will support 1440p @ 144hz. It's just more data than they are built for. I've looked at nearly every KVM on amazon, and none of them fit this. I ended up getting the Level 1 Techs 1.4 Display Port KVM Switch - Dual Monitor. It's much pricier, but it actually will run 1440p @ 144hz. Hell, it will apparently run 8k @ 30hz. I have had no issues with this KVM, and it is built rock solid. Level 1 Techs also has other high end niche KVMs like 2 monitor/4 computer, 3 monitor/2 computer, 4 monitor/2computer, 1 monitor/4 computer, etc.
My laptop has a hub I connect it to, and then I connect that to the KVM itself. This setup ends up working great, and it's a single click on the KVM to switch monitors back and forth.
Most of the ones online plug 2 usbc to MacBooks but only have an hdmi out….I want two usbc in and one usbc out at least. Like I said, I don't care for peripherals because I plug direct or use wireless. I can switch my monitors and keyboards just fine on their own (Logitech mx3 and keychron k2, iykyk). I just need something with 2 usbc in, and 1 usbc out. I'm okay if no PD.

You could do that, or you could just press a button to switch between the two in seconds ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Plus I have my work laptop stowed away in a bracket mounted under the desk, so the KVM makes it much easier / cleaner overall
