Same here. Many are past the $70-$80 range for dual monitor support. Is that about right?
This is SD. You're supposed to be buying additional peripherals so each device can have multiple peripherals connected at a time. Just stack the keyboards and have a clear container for all your mice?… and a bin for all the headsets. All within an arm's reach of course.

It's hard to find a 4k/30hz single monitor under 20. For $20, What you are asking for is too much . I am glad you are not lookin for 120 hz 😉
There are very few KVMs that will support 1440p @ 144hz. It's just more data than they are built for. I've looked at nearly every KVM on amazon, and none of them fit this. I ended up getting the Level 1 Techs 1.4 Display Port KVM Switch - Dual Monitor. It's much pricier, but it actually will run 1440p @ 144hz. Hell, it will apparently run 8k @ 30hz. I have had no issues with this KVM, and it is built rock solid. Level 1 Techs also has other high end niche KVMs like 2 monitor/4 computer, 3 monitor/2 computer, 4 monitor/2computer, 1 monitor/4 computer, etc.
My laptop has a hub I connect it to, and then I connect that to the KVM itself. This setup ends up working great, and it's a single click on the KVM to switch monitors back and forth.
Its incorrect that most KVMs cant support 1440p 144hz. As long as you can get a decent KVM with displayport, they can support 4k/60 or 1440/144 (both are close to same bandwidth). DP 1.2 ports are preferable to HDMI (as long as your monitors have a port) since they have larger bandwidth and have been around for a while.
Would be nice if this did dual monitors.

That has hdmi out like everything I find online…I need usbc out (I'm okay with the pd ports.)
