Just a heads up that I used the aforementioned cashback site (15.75%) for an Allbirds order (with a discount code) last week. The transaction tracked properly within an hour. However, the cashback recently updated to a "declined" status. I wonder if Allbirds is declining purchases made with discount codes.
I have the original Wool Runners as well as the Tree Dashers. I think the original style is fine, although never worth the hype it got, in my opinion. Comfortable but not much substance or support. The Tree Dasher is okay but not the best for runs. I would agree with most of the reviews. Good in a pinch for a short run, solid for travel when I may go on a run, and great for walking. I'm using this deal to try out the Tree Flyer at a reasonable price (along with a Sea Tee to get the cost over $75). We'll see how it goes. Most of my runs are 4-6 miles, which fit the Flyer best. Thanks OP for the info. I hadn't seen either of the offers. And if the cash back comes, great. If not, it's still a great price.
Yeah i tried them too. They are like so many millennial geared brands that spend 100x more on marketing than product development. They like to sell you on "story" and a brand image rather than product quality. Product quality similar to payless shoe source.
Gotta give it to the brand making mindless people spending 100$+ on Payless shoes
I had it show up on both my everyday cards after adding 15 or so offers then relogging in to refresh the list. YMMV, worth a shot if you haven't tried that already though.
This is not about whether you like Vessi or Allbirds. Why TD for that? This is for people who want to try Allbirds.
I actually check the comments for suggestions for better alternative. why take offense when they're just offering an opinion that we should consider something else? I didn't know about Vessi before but now I'm planning to look it up

That's always been the case. So your disappointment amounts to having to spend a couple of extra dollars to get your total to $75. For me, that would mean I'd have to spend about $4.20 more (after the Google Pay discount for AmEx. ShopRunner GIVES AWAY their membership and if you have AmEx, you should have ShopRunner. Otherwise I think a free FedEx account qualifies all as well. Do what you want. You've stated a difference, but it isn't significant.
So are you saying that Amex terms require you to pay $75 pre tax?

Wow talk about a previously hot brand which is slowly dying off. Would be surprised if they continue to have liquidation sales, especially after the holidays based on how they have been struggling
From what I understand the acceptance of sneakers into the business casual dress code is hurting allbirds and some of the others. I think allbirds even claimed at one point they'd never discount their shoes yet here we are. They look ok and at $50 may bring some new customers to their side

Oh absolutely NOT. That has NEVER been the case. I think you are misunderstanding our conversation and it can be difficult in this manner. The complaint that you had to spend $75 to get free shipping (before tax, shipping and after discounts) and I was commenting you had to reach $75 for the AmEx offer (but as we both know that is the MOST you would have to spend to receive the bonus.) You could accomplish this by spending around $70 in merchandise because when you factor in sales tax, that would push you to the necessary $75 threshold for AmEx. But then you would have to pay for shipping. So to avoid shipping surcharge, you would have to spend about $5 more. Those numbers change for those living in the few states without sales tax as well.
So I was claiming the $5 was a difference, but it was not significant. However, not being significant in my view is of little value here if you feel differently. I could be even more specific in variations here, but that is not what SD is truly for. It's a good deal to me, but that is a subjective opinion. Hope that clarifies.

I have an Amex card through my Bank that says "everyday rewards" on it. Is there anyway I can get deals like this?
AmEx cards issued through other banks DO have a page I will direct you to, but you must enter your card number in to see if it would work for their offers, which are far more limited in numbers than what AmEx offers. This is the page I have bookmarked, but you may have to find the main page to initiate your attempt to register your card: https://www.americanexpress.com/u...pping.html. I didn't even check if this offer is available there, but they do keep this updated, so I hope it helps.

Your code took me from $49 down to $41.65, which covered the $5 shipping and a few extra bucks.
