You can see if the vehicle is available. When you go through the check out process they'll ask for what vehicle you want. I doubt they have Tesla. They also don't have bmw. I jumped on a deal a few weeks ago (3 years for $49.99) so this deal is kind of weak.
This is for just one car, right? And for just one year for $39? I'd go for that for ~$5.
Alldata (owned by Autozone) has some nerve with this ridiculous price for how weak of a value is being provided with this product. It blows my mind that the normal price is $60.
Just bought this using the codes above - they still work. Regarding value - YMMV depending on the car. For my 2019 GTI I've found all the info I've searched for so far except torque specs on some bolts. For my wife's 2014 Mercedes CLA there's barely anything of use.

You could get factory service manual from some Russian/Chinese websites too.
