Instore only. You get 600 off for s22 ultra. If you add a line for tmo or att, its 749+ tax+ activation fee. If you upgrade its 849 +tax+activation fee. Adding a new line will get you s22ultra 12g gb for around 149+tax+activation fee which will be added to your account later when bill generates.

I see that the trade-ins are valid until 12/11 however it seems like the discount prices on the phones themselves (for example flip 4 is $700) can change at any given time?

Best time was before that when people were able to double dip with the activation discount and get S22U for like $20. However the broken phone deal was the next best deal for sure.
