looks like they have the $100 new line discount for Tmob and ATT .. no upgrade discount as evident from the best buy website.. screenshots attached..

** UPDATE ** so the sweet spot for this deal would be as follows ** hopefully this helps people get in on this deal

1) Get a flip 3 for about $200- $300 locally from FB or Ebay/Amazon (tricky because the sale price may go away any day if you are waiting on the phone to ship)
2) Trade the device in at a best buy instore and add a new line

For a S22U 128GB it would mean 749 - 800 = minus $49 not sure if they will put it on a GC
For a S22U 256Gb it would mean 849 - 800 = 49+tax

Either way if you are comfortable with the new line you will get the S22U for about $250-$400 total (factoring in the trade in device cost).. decent deal.

P.S These phones are hard to flip locally.. I am only getting offers at about $600.. how are y'all doing?

You sell for $600 you make $250-$200 per unit. Not bad in my opinion.

I think if you go through the activation process online, you see that the s22 for example is $649.99 with TMobile, and $549.99 with TMobile new line, so guessing the upgrade is $649

I've sold 5 S22 Ultras locally on FB marketplace. Averaged about $670 each, but sold some for $660 and one for $680. Have two more to sell and seems like demand is starting to slow down.

My advice is just keep them up until they sell for your price. I sell a lot on FB and just know, someone is always looking for what you're buying and if there's a lot of interest, its almost always worth holding out for the price that is fair to you.

Looks like ebay prices have fallen a bit, so I'll probably go down to $650 for these last two but not going down further (I'll just sell on ebay).

I have a cracked s21 to trade in. Am I better off doing the Google Fi deal? Also, what is the deal with that $100 Superfan code everyone keeps posting, does that work with s21 deal if I get a Pixel or S22 from Google?
